Training includes many individual elements. You can train for strength, for speed, or for more stamina. You can also train to breathe slower or to relax tense muscles.

At MotionDynamix, we place great importance on:

  • Improving the stability and strength of the musculoskeletal system
  • Increasing the stamina to run, walk or practice other sports
  • Teaching you the basics of deep breathing to calm the nervous system (increasing relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system)
